Q: HELLO ALL , I Backup a DSG DQ250 from a Passat 2006 with Kess V2 (clone) and full bin size file is 448kb and also backup a Skoda TCU (2008) DQ250
But now im working in writing back the ORI file from Kess (Passat full bin file size 448k) with Mini DSG Reader ,but software DSG Reader gives an error file size is NOT correct and is expecting a smaller file (size 418k). any help? how to short / shrink the file? from (448k—>418k)?
I have tried a (418k size) file with sucess, but its stopping me revert to standard the TCU due to file size.

A: write it back with kess V2,If you want to use dsg reader, you have to read dsg tcu with dsg reader and generate original file using file from kess.
DSG reader is using probably other protocol so size is different…
